The Migrant Program is a federally funded program that assists and helps ensure migrant students receive adequate academic curriculum and graduation requirements from one state to another. The Program is to ensure that all migrant students obtain academic standards and graduate with a high school diploma.

States use program funds to identify eligible children and provide education and support services. Migrant students, age 3 through 21, residing within the state with their parents, whom are involved or employed in agriculture are eligible.
